Transformation Tuesday I suppose...
Scrolling through my phone to find the interesting photos from above ... The photos in the "Coke" top were taken in the spring of 2015 and the bottom photos were taken over the weekend of June 27th, 2015.
Looking back to the time that the above two photos were taken in the spring, I had already lost about 15lbs from the starting weight, which was a huge accomplishment for me, although, it may not look that way from the photos. I was rockin' a size 6 on a thin day, which was great from my starting size of an 8/10, but my schedule didn't allow for extensive training or dieting so I managed the best I could at the time. I guess the weight I had lost was just distributed much differently than it is now and I think that's because my goals weren't yet clear.
Although, I'm not yet where I want to be and have months of training still to go, I know where I am headed and that's what this post about ... Knowing where you're going.
Think about what you want. Get specific with your goals and then go at em' full throttle, but remember to take your time. You'll have setbacks ... You'll have bad days ... But don't get down. Do the best you can until you know better ... When you know better, do better. You must always think about the end result ... Why are you doing this? Why do you want this? ... Who is this for? ...
When you discover your purpose and recognize your abilities, you somehow learn to let go of what weighs you down, and you find the courage to crush your goals one step at a time and somehow, you can manage the time to make it all happen.
When you do this ... Find courage and manage time ... You become productive and start to love the person you're evolving into ... and when you love yourself, you can afford to have those chubby days from time to time and splurge once in a while because at the end of the day, you know your abilities better than anyone ... And when you have that ... When you know who you are ... And you know what you want ... ANYTHING is possible!
Currently down 21.5 lbs ... And counting. #dreamsdontworkunlessyoudo
